Panduit is to launch the Net Access server cabinet, which it claims has enhanced thermal management features.
The firm worked with IBM to develop the design, which ensures recommended clearance is maintained between equipment and cabinet walls by routing cables away from ventilation pathways. Air blocking features direct cold air to the servers and the cable management eliminates cable and power cord congestion behind servers.
