Shackerley has added a range of metallic finishes to the ceramic granite panels of its rainscreen cladding system.

The panels are made from clays, feldspars and metal oxides, dry-pressed into 12mm thick slabs and fired at 1260ºC. The company says the slabs are free from the fissures found in naturally quarried stone. There is a choice of three finishes in sizes up to 1780mm by 1250mm by 30mm thick, and a bespoke service is available.
