Jaga Heating has launched the oXygen “intelligent” radiator, which ventilates as well as heats a room.

The radiator, which uses 10% of the water of a conventional radiator, has a built-in fan that filters and draws external air into the space. This is then heated by the radiator to provide a draught-free supply of fresh air throughout the year.

A central control unit regulates the air intake based on CO2 and humidity levels, while an exhaust unit directs stale air back outside. The unit can also be used to provide night-time cooling.

The radiators are available in a range of finishes to match the interior design of the room.
